Hot on the heels of our second consecutive Southport Business Proprietor of the Year award, we are delighted that the Ambassador Townhouse has been selected as a Finalist for the eviivo Friendliest Award 2010.

Eviivo is our on-line booking service provider that asks guests using that method of booking to honestly rate elements of their stay and add an overall comment.  It is the feedback these surveys have recieved that eviivo's judges have been assessing to recognise and reward the excellence of small, independent accommodation businesses throughout the UK.

Eviivo told us "...The eviivo Gold Award and the eviivo Friendliest Award are based on the reviews from genuine guests who have stayed at your accommodation. The high standards of hospitality overall shown by establishments ... has meant that achieving a place on the shortlists was extremely difficult."

Thank you to all guests for your feedback, whether it's the eviivo survey, on TripAdvisor or by other means.  Yes, of course it's lovely to know how we may be appreicated and guest stays have been enjoyed, but it also helps us understand where we might need to refine or improve our offering so that the experience of future stays may be even better.
